“All of these places of conflict or where I feel less than, are literally an outstretched palm saying, what will you choose? Are you going to explore this? It’s about mastery of the being. You’re learning mastery of your being and you’re learning to vote, every day, for who you want to show up as, and who you want to show up for. So, I could have succumbed to my panic and anxiety about this new growth point I was at. I could have crawled back…but - this is what I want. This is what I’m here to do. I am so excited…my soul was more powerful than my fear, and it has always been, and so is yours...”

Curious about coaching or a writing retreat?

I never considered myself a writer before Nina coached me through my second book. Her support was invaluable in getting my words onto the page, as writing for me is quite an emotional journey, and I basically just bleed my experiences out through my fingertips. I felt like I had a friend, a confidant, and someone who truly supported my efforts backing me the entire way. The encouragement and heartfelt commitment Nina had for my efforts was invaluable, and what I received was much more than anything I could have simply paid for or put a price on. Her intuition and guidance kept me strong through the entire process, and I look forward to a continued connection. I would not hesitate to utilize her services again or to take an upcoming class or workshop.

I’ve been a creative person my whole life, yet have never truly felt the beauty of what I have created. The voices in my head would say “You must keep working until it’s perfect,” or “Everyone else is more talented than you.” I’ve experienced overwhelm and fear and didn’t know what to do about it, until I allowed Nina to coach me. This was a huge shift, since I’ve always gone it alone...The hardest thing for me to do was to let in the depth of my accomplishments. Nina guided me through gentle exercises and a little at a time I felt freedom from my creative blocks. Now I have tools to give me a new perspective on myself and my creative life! I can’t thank you enough Nina!

Nina Hart’s creativity coaching was one of the best things I have ever done in terms of growth acceleration. I would boldly recommend her help in the process of creating art of any kind. My work has benefited immensely from her guidance. I wish I had sought her out years ago.

Working with Nina as a creativity coach has been a juicy blend of exploration and fun. By tending to my often prickly muse, I began to value my creative process and devote the time and energy it needs to flourish. Nina encouraged me to allow a quality of playfulness into my writing, not taking it so seriously or falling into the trap of comparison. The coaching process has been like opening a door to a walled garden, a place that I would visit from time to time but which, due to lack of care, had become overrun with weeds. Nina’s experienced hand helped me see the possibilities rather than the mess that had to be cleaned up or ignored. With her gentle guidance, we oiled the rusty hinges of the gate, making it more accessible...

It has been quite a year, hasn’t it? I am so glad I took your course this summer and your creativity coaching this fall. I think about you and use your tools and advice virtually every day. A year ago, I was making some progress, creatively speaking, but between your course and coaching and other support I have received, I am making solid strides now and realizing that the roadblocks I once encountered were ones I put up myself; there’s really no reason why dreams can’t be realized!
